Shipping & Returns
Usually, the shipment is made between 24 and 48 business hours, with the exception of Portugal, which are between 48 and 72 hours, and the Balearic Islands, which are between 1 and 4 business days.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email once your product is on its way, this email will include a tracking link so you can track your package.

We need between 2 and 4 days to check that the return of the product has been carried out correctly. Once this has been checked, we will refund the money, depending on the bank it is, it may take a few days
